The role of Privacy Officer (PO) is held by the CTO of ABCnumérique. This individual ensures the absolute integrity of our protocols.

2. Information Collected (What we keep)

When you fill out our forms (Contact, Academy PDF downloads), we strictly collect only the necessary data via our secure system HubSpot Free (data hosting authorized Canada/US) and on the abcnumerique.ca domain with native encryption (SSL/Vercel). We do not sell, trade, or rent any of your information.

As part of web visit analysis, our platform may use analytics tools (Clarity) in an anonymized manner.

3. Registry and Risk Management

ABCnumérique's infrastructure is built on the principle of "Security by Design" (Zero Trust). If a breach of our systems were to put your information at risk, our contingency process ensures communication with you as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) within the strict timeframe stipulated by Law 25 (under 72 hours).

4. Your Rights (Right to be Forgotten and Access)

As a user, you remain fully in control! You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you (data portability).
• Request a correction.
• Withdraw your consent and request deletion from our databases.
